These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Feesfer platform (“Platform”), operated by Feesfer. (“we,” “our,” “us”). By using or accessing the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Platform.
You may only use the Platform if you are legally able to form a binding contract with Feesfer. The Platform is intended for use by educational institutions, administrators, and individuals who are authorized to collect fees and issue student ID cards and notices.
To use the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and to update your account information as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Feesfer charges a mandatory management fee for using the Platform. The fee is due as agreed upon during registration or renewal. Clients are also responsible for all server, domain, and infrastructure costs related to the Platform’s use. If you fail to pay any required fees, Feesfer reserves the right to suspend or revoke access to the Platform until full payment is received.

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal data. However, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information due to the nature of online systems. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we handle your personal data.
Feesfer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data resulting from your use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the 12-month period preceding the event that gave rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Feesfer. and its affiliates, employees, officers, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Platform, including your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Assam, India. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts located in Jorhat.
Feesfer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. By continuing to use the Platform after such modifications, you agree to the revised Terms.
