Our SaaS platform streamlines fee collection, communication, and ID card management for schools. It helps reduce administrative workload, ensures timely fee payments, and improves communication with parents—all within one easy-to-use system.

Is the platform cloud-based?

Yes, the platform is hosted on a Virtual Private Server (VPS), ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.

Is the cost for hosting and domain included in the subscription fee?

No, the cost for VPS hosting and the domain is charged separately. These expenses will be communicated clearly before setup.

Fee Collection

What payment methods does the platform support?

We’ve integrated Razorpay for payment processing. Parents can pay fees using UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and popular mobile wallets.

Are there any additional charges for payment processing?

Razorpay applies standard transaction fees, which are borne by the payer. We’ll provide details during onboarding.

Can parents see their payment history?

Yes, parents can access a dedicated dashboard to view their payment history, download receipts, and track pending payments.

Security and Privacy

Who owns the school’s data?

Your school retains full ownership of its data. We act as custodians, ensuring the data is stored securely and is only accessible to authorized users. We do not sell, share, or use your data for any purposes beyond delivering our services.

Are backups of the data maintained?

Yes, we perform regular backups of all critical data. These backups are stored securely and can be restored in case of any unforeseen event, such as hardware failure or accidental data deletion.

What measures are in place for server security?

Our VPS is protected with strong firewalls, regular software updates, and security patches. We monitor server activity to detect and mitigate any potential threats promptly.
